$190 per year plus $8.50 per full time equivalent employees to 500 employees. $4 per full time equivalent employees for businesses with over 500 employees. [Full time equivalent = total weekly staff hours divided by 40. Business owner does not count in employee number.

Not-for-profit organizations
$190 annual investment

Financial institutions
$22.50 per million in Delta County deposits

Associates (non-voting)
Individuals not in business and additional associates of paid member firms, $65.

Additional businesses or locations with same owner
$65 for each additional business or location plus $8.50 per each FTE
