CHAMBER SERVICES Data Services The Chamber of Commerce is able to provide information on Delta County businesses and organizations. As a benefit of membership, the Chamber offers every member a one time request for Chamber member labels free of charge. Beyond that, lists can be provided in several formats, with a special price for Chamber members. Formats can be listings, mailing labels or in electronic formats on diskette. Information is provided on a fee basis based on the following schedule: Standard Services Set-up charge: $10 Chamber Members, $25 Non-Members. Plus unit rates of: • Printed list : $.02 Chamber Members, $.05 Non-Members • Mailing labels: $.03 Chamber Members, $.06 Non-Members • Diskette: $.05 Chamber Members, $.10 Non-Members Non-standard or Special Requests Set-up charge: $25 Chamber Members, $50 Non-Members Plus unit rates of: • Printed list : $.02 Chamber Members, $.05 Non-Members • Mailing labels: $.03 Chamber Members, $.06 Non-Members • Diskette: $.05 Chamber Members, $.10 Non-Members Disk format available in either Access, ASCII or Word. Direct mail benefits The Chamber can provide direct mail marketing for its members at attractive and competitive rates. This is a new service that will enable members to reach targeted direct mail audiences. Blue-print copies (large) Copies up to 36” wide can be made: Builders' Exchange Members—$2.50 Others—$4.00 FAX service Incoming and outgoing: $2 for the first page $1 for each additional page. Calendar of Events The Chamber maintains and continually updates an extensive calendar of area events. The calendar appears monthly in the Communicator. Updates appear weekly on the internet at www.DeltaMi.org. Persons wanting to plan an event are encouraged to call the Chamber to avoid potential conflicts with their date. Conference Room The Chamber Conference room is available for use during business hours and after hours for Chamber members. Please call to reserve space. A coffee pot, cups, and a microwave oven are available for use. Phone Directories Single copies of the SBC and Yellow Book directories are available for the asking. We ask for $3.20 in postage to have a phone directory mailed. Maps • Free state, city and county maps. • Delta County / Escanaba / Gladstone street maps, $1.00. • Snowmobile trail maps are also available. • Fishing Hot Spots Maps—Big Bay de Noc $7.95, Little Bay de Noc $9.95 Lake Charts National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Great Lakes charts for waters surrounding Delta County. $16 each. Brochure Packets Packets of information can be prepared for family reunions, weddings, sports tournaments, business training programs, etc. Single copies or quantities for business pamphlet racks can also be provided. We’d appreciate advance notice whenever possible. Temporary "Keys to Success" Request temporary discount cards for groups coming to the area for conventions, tournaments, meetings. They make a much appreciated bag stuffer. Gift Certificates The Chamber has gift certificates for use at Chamber member businesses. Merchant cashes it just like a check. Recipient also gets a copy of the Chamber Membership Directory. There is a 2% handling fee on each gift certificate. Available for Use Desk top podium, raffle drum, projection screen, table-top display, and two tall stools are available for use. |
