ATHENA FOUNDATION ATHENA AWARD ONLINE NOMINATION FORM ATHENA AWARD PRINT (pdf Format) NOMINATION FORM FACT SHEET ATHENA is a national program, named for the Greek goddess of wisdom, which provides recognition to a person not only for professional achievement and community service, but also for actively and generously assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills. Both women and men are eligible to receive the award. The Delta County ATHENA Program committee was established in spring 2001, presenting its first award in October 2001 at the Chamber Annual Dinner.
